RETURN POLICY

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note that return shipments must be sent to our designated return address provided after your return request has been approved.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
